Race HQ Adjacent to the Rookery Café, which is close to the junction of Streatham Common South and Covington Way. Please note there are no changing or shower facilities. Please remove muddy shoes before entering the café. There are limited toilets behind the café. There may be a baggage tent.

Course: 5 Miles. The course is on the hilly side of undulating, and is run on a mixture of open grassland and woodland paths. Conditions underfoot are generally dry and shoe choice is not normally critical. Teams: Four to score, for both men and women, scored in order of finishing. No limit to numbers of teams.
